Health In High Heels
Health in High Heels is an evening of self-care and candid discussion on women's mental health. During this annual event, we hear from local leaders on the importance of taking care of our mental health as women. We also honor and support local female-owned businesses during this event, celebrating each other, and having a night "off" from the day to day stressors.
