The MILLSUMMIT started off as a simple idea that the next generation of leaders (at the time Millennials) needed more opportunities to network and connect with each other and learn about ways to advance in their career and make a bigger impact in their communities. In 2017, leaders from more than 30 Delaware groups came together in support of this idea and designed a new leadership & professional development conference, and the “Millennial Summit” was a hit.

Since that time, the table that these leaders initially built has grown and evolved and we have welcomed the next generation of leaders (including GenXers, Millennials, and GenZers) to take the reins. To better reflect that our annual gathering offers something positive for all professionals and emerging leaders no matter where they are in their careers, we rebranded to the MILLSUMMIT in 2022.

Each year, the MILLSUMMIT brings together a cross section of leaders across industry to learn from speakers, panelists, and each other about many different leadership and professional development topics. The topics we cover are timely and relevant and the conversations and networking among speakers and attendees makes the MILLSUMMIT a unique and one of the best leadership & professional development conferences and networking events in the country.
