Hear from Keynote Speaker: Prof. Willett Kempton, nationally renowned expert in offshore wind energy. He is a professor, Associate Director of Center for Research on Wind (CReW), Professor in Electrical and Computer Engineering, and Technical Advisor to the Special Initiative on Offshore Wind (SIOW), at the University of Delaware.
